Shipping policy
Lavender is tough, but it still likes a smooth journey. Here's how we get our plants from the nursery to your doorstep.
Winter break: when your order will be dispatched
Lavender rests over winter, and so does our dispatch. Orders placed between 6 October 2026 and 28 February 2027 will be dispatched in March 2027, which is perfect timing for spring planting. You're welcome to order now to secure your plants.
Outside the winter break, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, especially in the busy spring and summer season.
Delivery charges
- Standard Delivery: £8.99 per order
- Free delivery on orders over £60

Where we deliver
We deliver right across the UK: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and islands. Same rates everywhere: £8.99, or free on orders over £60, with no extra charges for Northern Ireland or remote postcodes. If you're not sure whether we can reach your address, ask us via our Contact us page before you order.
How your plants travel
Plants are sent growing in their pots and packed to keep them upright and protected. When they arrive, unpack them straight away, give them a drink if the compost feels dry, and keep them somewhere bright until you're ready to plant.
Damaged plants
If anything arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery via our Contact us page, ideally with a photo or two. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund. See our Refund policy for the details.
